Welcome to Space Trader! All files in this download were created using WordPerfect 7. You will need either WordPerfect ® or Word ® to access the files. Depending on your system and printer, you may need to make some minor adjustments before printing. Includes everything you need to play Space Trader:

Item 1, the game board is 11"x17". It is divided into 2 files (Map 1 and Map 2) so that it will print on 8 ½ x 11 card stock. It looks best if printed on a heavy stock with a gray swirl background.

Item 2 includes 59 cards. At 9 cards per page, there are 7 files. There is also a file for the backs of the cards. You may want to laminate these sheets before cutting out the cards.

Item 3 is an 8 card deck (1 sheet front and back). Print on heavy card stock.

Item 4 is set up with all 12 cultures on 1 sheet (front and back). If your printer's form feeding isn't perfect, you may have alignment problems when you cut out the Credit markers. If so, you may want to split up the files into smaller groups, i.e. 4 cultures per page to fix the problem.

Item 5 contains pictures of the 10 Goods. Print the page a second time to generate 20 goods tokens. The Goods are exactly the same size as standard Scrabble® wood tiles. I simply cut them out and glued them to the fronts of the letters for a nice quality token. Another option would be to glue the Goods sheet to a heavy black cover stock to prevent the Goods being see-through.

Item 6 is a single page. It also includes the "Booster."

Item 7 is a 4 page Instruction Manual designed to be printed in double-sided booklet format. Since every printer's formatting is a bit different, you may need to make slight adjustments so the pages fit properly. The margins were set at ½", except the bottom margin is .4".

NOTE: The pictures for Space Trader were accumulated over time from the internet. I haven't been able to track down their sources. If one of them belongs to you, I would be more than happy to give you credit, or, if you prefer, to remove it from the website.
